Bachelor program:

Lecture Business & Management Studies:
Entrepreneurial-Management: Business-Idea-Development
Prof. Dr. Thomas Heitjans

A business idea/business model is of considerable significance as a first step into entrepreneurship. Which starting-points could be used for a focused idea generation? How can one distinguish between a ‘good’ and a ‘bad’ idea? And what pitfalls might occur in the development of ideas? Together with Prof. Torsten Heitjans you will work out some answers to these questions.

Master programs:

Lecture International Sport & Event Management:
How to handle a Long Term Project (LTP)
Prof. Dr. Uwe Freimuth

Once upon a time we had something like "Olympic Spirit" - participation and enjoyment were the key factors of these activities. However, today it seems these thoughts do not count anymore! It seems "you have to play the game", otherwise you wouldn't get anything! Is there any other option?

Lecture Corporate Management:
Corporate Consulting: The market, the player the offer
Prof. Dr. Sebastian Kunert

Corporate consulting is still growing in Germany. Why is the economy looking for such services? Who holds the biggest shares of the market? What is the offer? Prof. Kunert will give you some answers and invites you to discuss them. By the way, you can learn something about the student consulting initiative at BiTS.
