Kinetic communication in Change-Management is the biggest research project at BiTS so far. In this project the BiTS works together with the BTK. The key aspect of Kinetic Communication in Change-Management is the visualization of concepts of balance management in companies which go through a change.
Kinetic sculptures, interactive web-application and automatically updating holograms show the progress in the change. They help to enhance the intern communication.
70 percent of all change projects in companies fail. That is caused by the fact that employees are not informed about the background and goal of the change process.
The Kinetic communication in Change Management aims to raise employees motivation.
