The MBA full-time course takes 1 year to be completed and will be delivered 100% on campus – unless official hygiene and COVID-19 regulations advise against face-to-face teaching.

Spotlight Module "Innovation Management"

In the 'Innovation Management' module, students delve deep into the world of technology and its impact on business strategies. They learn to analyze trends in technology and understand their influence on business strategies. Additionally, the importance of technology monitoring and analysis is highlighted. Students explore the concept of technology watch and recognize its relevance in the business context. They also learn to determine the business value of innovations using KPIs and identify the strategic challenges for companies. The module also covers modeling the innovation process and adapting protection mechanisms for innovations. Finally, the various financing options for innovations – from self-financing and bank loans to government subsidies and private investors – are explored, discussing their advantages and disadvantages.

Individual & Interdisciplinary

During your MBA studies you will learn exclusively from renowned lecturers with practical experience. The focus of our teaching is on your individual support in small learning groups and personal contact with our teaching staff. Our interdisciplinary selection of subjects allows you to actively shape your studies and your career path. Innovative tools such as the "CEO Decision Making Business Simulation" or the "Professional Competencies Certificate" prepare you optimally for future management tasks. Exciting international excursions round off the study programme.

Working during your Studies

We want your studies to fit perfectly into your life. That is why the lecture times for the Master's programmes are limited to times from Wednesday afternoon to Friday, or Saturday evening, during the semester. This makes it easier to combine your studies with a part-time job.
Not to be neglected here is a corresponding pre- and post-processing effort, which is usually required for full-time studies such as this.
